We spearheaded a 2-year project to assist established independent filmmakers to find new markets for their documentary television content, specifically targeting American Rustbelt communities in Ohio and Pennsylvania, paired with historically under-developed coal mining / steel plant regions of Britain and Germany (South Wales Valleys, Rohrgebeit, Germany).
- We provided research data and grant-writing expertise to assist producers to secure funds needed to translate and subtitle made-for-television documentary films.
- We assisted in the organization of the trans-Atlantic academic boards and panels that were required to meet grant criteria for various programs of the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) and for the Florida Cultural Affairs annual grants for artists.
